Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 7 working days from the date of the order confirmation and/or successful payment receipt, or as per any specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The delivery of the shipment is strictly subject to the established norms of the courier company or postal authority, and Purvanchal Agency shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made solely to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Furthermore, the delivery of our services will be confirmed via an email notification sent to the email ID specified during registration.
