Purvanchal Agency offers a refund or exchange strictly within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase; if this 7-day period has passed, we will not offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must include the original packaging. Furthermore, please note that items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a return or exchange, and you agree that certain categories of products or items are exempted from returns or refunds, which will be identified by Purvanchal Agency at the time of purchase. We only replace items (based on an exchange request) if such items are found to be defective or damaged. For accepted exchange or return requests, once your returned item is received and inspected by Purvanchal Agency, we will notify you via email of its receipt, and if the item is approved following a quality check at our end, your request (return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies. The replaced/exchanged product will be delivered within 10 days.
